*The call-out fee is included in the tuning costs and is only applicable should a piano be non-tuneable or beyond repair upon my arrival, or if I am just visiting your piano to perform a basic repair.
** Repairs I can do then and there (such as sticking keys, hammer, damper and pedal adjustment, etc.) I don’t charge for. Fees incur when parts and/or materials need to be ordered and a second visit is required.
